Helen K. Bosch, B.S., M.S. - Executive Director
Helen Bosch has led the organization's growth and development as Vista's Executive Director since 1991. She is responsible for the success of Vista's programs, creation of the service delivery system, for strategic planning, setting policy, overseeing operations, approving the budget and working with the boards of directors. In addition she has served in leadership positions in several Connecticut commissions on services for individuals with disabilities and on the boards of other nonprofit organizations.
Tracey Celentano B.A., M.B.A. - Director of Finance & Administration
Tracey Celentano joined Vista in 2007 as Director of Finance and Administration, and she is responsible for all fiscal and business operations. She works closely with the board of directors and various committees to ensure the financial well being, efficient operation and long term health of the business of Vista. Included is oversight of budgeting and finance, facilities, administration, technology, and human resources.
Bobbi Guercia, B.S. M.S. - Director of Admissions and Community Relations
Bobbi joined Vista in 1989 as a teacher and has since directed vocational programming and student services. She is now the Director of Admissions and is responsible for all aspects of admissions. She oversees Vista’s external relations within the local shoreline communities.
Linda Rogen, B.A., M.P.H. - Director of Programs and Services
Linda joined Vista in 1990. As Director of Programs and Services, she oversees student educational programming and staff in the areas of counseling, vocational services, life skills, and community integration. She is a certified Crisis Prevention Institute trainer, and she has developed the extensive best practices autism services that Vista provides. She is also the liaison with various state agencies in Connecticut and other states, including the Department of Developmental Services, Department of Social Services, and Bureau of Rehabilitative Services.
Tod Van Kirk, B.A., M.P.A. - Director of Organizational Development
Tod Van Kirk joined Vista in 2010 in the capacity of Director of Organizational Development. Tod is responsible for all development initiatives for Vista ranging from the Annual Appeal, events, the Vista Endowment Fund (VEF), grant writing, Business Development efforts and Vista's arts programming initiative - the Vista Arts Center.
